WELCOME! Below we have listed our booking policies, PLEASE READ IT AND ITS ENTIRETY. Our policies will ensure that you have a smooth booking and an amazing experience. HAPPY BOOKING!
**Please be advised that our calendar will open on the 15th of each month at 7am for Existing clients.
For all inquiries regarding our acceptance of new clients, please turn on your post notifications for Facebook and/or Instagram.
** When booking please be advised that If I have not seen you in 3 months you are considered a New Client.
**It is imparative that you read when selecting a service. We will no longer be issuing refunds or transfers for ANY services or classes.
**Please be advised that Appointment times may change if there is a conflict with the scheduling times. (If you book a 10-11am service, your appointment maybe be moved to 9:30am or 12 pm) **

The VIP monthly subscription is open for enrollment:
- Limited slots available. Cancel subscription anytime.
- New enrollment TBA.
- No late enrollments, or re-enrollments after cancellation. (Unless otherwise instructed)
- Book your appointment 3-5 days before the general schedule opens or at your last appointment (whichever comes first).
- 10% every 5th appointment.
- 10% off all services during your birthday month.
- 10% off products year round.
- Exclusive access to cancellation list,
- after hours/weekend openings (when available).
- First selection for model requests and new styles.
- Same day Appointment Cancellations will result in you paying 50% of your service fee that was booked.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL; NO REFUNDS

Look no further!
Pre-booking was created to guarantee a slot for the month of your choice. The fee is not applied towards the cost of service or deposit.
-Pre-book fee is in addition to service fee
-Pre-booking allows you to have advance access to the schedule for one appointment 5 calendar days before general public schedule opens.
-Pre-Booking does not guarantee date (You will need to add 3 preferred dates for the month you desire).
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL; NO REFUNDS
-Valid ONLY for the booking month purchased and may not be transferred to any other bookings.
-ONLY available for full service items; No Retouches for locks or braids.

- Be sure to book the correct service(s). Any service(s) not booked initially are subject to not being serviced on the scheduled date, or are subject to an increased fee.
- Shampoo services are available, please make sure to include it as a add on if you are needing it. If you do not want to include it as add on please make sure your hair is freshly shampooed and blown dry prior to arriving.
- Be sure to double check the time and date. Please communicate at-least 45 minutes prior to scheduled appointment of tardiness. $25 Late fees are accessed after 15minutes of scheduled appointment. $35 Late fees are accessed after 25minutes of scheduled appointment. 30minutes of tardiness will result in a canceled appointment with a minimum of $50 fee due at future appointment(amount may increase depending on the service that was missed). 20minutes after non communicated tardiness will be considered a no call no show, which will result in no future appointments.
- For any CANCELLATIONS , you will forfeit your deposit fee.
- Understand that all service times are estimated times.
- For special events, private events, emergency scheduling, and traveling events, if available, contact me directly for further information.
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE for ANY classes or services
